Before asking problems related to Warcraft III, you must specify the actual questions to prevent more confusing like "Where is the place for maps and campaigns" or "How do I install this game".
If you ask about where is the place for Warcraft III save files, I will give you the exact answer:
Patches below 1.27b: "C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\Saves".
Patches higher than 1.28 (you are using 1.31): "C:\Users\[yourname]\Saved Games\Warcraft III\".
Inside that folder, you can place the w3z files. However, if you want to continue the campaign progression, you must place the w3p (custom campaign progression data) and w3v (game caches) too.
Additionally, if you are using the patches higher than 1.28, there is a registry called "User Game Save Folder" that directs you to the place where the save files are actually situated on. It's located in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III".
If you are using 1.28, you must run this fix. 1.28 installation uses the "\" for "User Game Save Folder" path instead of the usual "/".
