How to download the latest patch for Version switcher?

I have a portable version of Warcraft 3. It's in a folder and I don't need to install anything. I just can't install the latest update because the patch can't find W3 on my computer. So I use W3 Version switcher.

Where can I download v1.30 patch which can work with W3 Version switcher? Thank you.
