[Trigger] How to detect when F1, F2, F3, F4 is pressed?

I saw a couple of maps using F1 - F8 for abilities and I was wondering, how can they do that?

they do it using heroes, f1-f8 are shortcuts for heroes.

f8 is autosave, f7 is also something else(picking idle workers maybe?) so he is right, f1 to f6, or maybe to f7

but you still are right, its done with detection of which heeo is picked

Create dummy heroes.
You can only do F1 - F5 and F8 because F6 is quick save.F8 is for the peasant or peon or what you call them
