How to customize text inside of expiration timer?

I would like to be able to change the text inside of an expiration timer. Instead of it saying "Timed Life", or (for abilities) "Chemical Rage I want it to say something different, such as the name of the ability. Can someone please either tell me how to do this or direcet me to an appropriate tutorial?

Just change the name of buff/effect or create new one.
Remember to add it in ability's field Stats - Buff.
