How to Create Fog?

Hi, I would like to create fog (hopefully as dense as possible) for the ocean area in my map but I am having a hard time finding them. I always thought they would be in Tool Palette > Doodad Palette > Drop-Down Box: Cinematic

Just to be clear, not referring to fog of war.

A.) You can create a region, click on properties, Weather, Fog there are several colors
B.) You can download the glow doodad from the UTM, and use that as a fog.
C.) There is an option, in Scenario -> Map References where there is a terrain fog.
