How to create a region using 4 points?

Oh my god, I never thought I couldn't find a solution to such a trivial problem: how to create weather conditions in an area without creating an area?

I can't convert points into an area. More precisely, I can, and in the specified rectangle I can interact with units, but the weather conditions do not appear there. I have tried everything.

Perhaps there is an easy way to convert 4 points into an area in jass?

You would think it's obvious that you want something you just created to be turned on by default, but worldedit says no
