Can someone please direct me to a step by step tutorial to making a Kill Unit quest? I tried looking but I can't find a good one that tells everything clearly.

I need to learn these things:
How to add the quest to the quests list.
How to talk to the quest giver with a cinematic scene.
And how to win a quest.
