How do you change this icon, ive been trying changing path and it didn't worked so can you guys help me.

Advanced > Game Interface.

Tick 'Use Custom Game Interface'
Search for 'Icon - Command - Basic Structure (Undead)', and double click on it..

then change the icon to any icon you want.
