Hey guys, im a long time lurker on here and i need help with what is most likely a noob question. Im making a Campaign and everything is going great, triggers, terrain, etc. except i cant.. like change the tech trees so that you cant build certain things, i thought i found it, but it just made it so i got the units i wanted to take out and instead it became available right in the beginning of the mission and it just simply removed the building that was supposed to be the requirement for the unit., i know this is most likely a noob question but if anyone could help id be extremely grateful.

Thank you! I saw this earlier but when i open it up, it shows me the data..etc etc. And i click on the "Requirement" thing and it says Ex:
Have Dark Shrine
Use
Countunit Darkshrine completed(TechTreeCheat)
Show

and then on the right theres
Type:Count Unit
Alias: Dark Shrine
State:Completed
Tooltips

Flags: *Check* Tech Tree Cheat

If you dont mind answering of course, what do i do here? im not really used to this, its alot different from changing the Tech Tree in SC1 and WC3. What do i do if i wanna take the Dark Shrine off the probes build list and the Dark Templar with it?

That's an entirely different thing, to remove a unit from a tech tree completely, you must find the "Build - Protoss" ability, and delete "Dark Shrine" from it's second command card.
Then you must locate the "Gateway" building and delete the ability "Dark Templar" from it's abilities list, as well as removing it from it's first command card.

Yes, it's a very different system, however it is much more reliable, and once you get used to it, it will be much easier.

+Rep to those who help :D
