How to change rotation of a building?

If for whatever reason Wrda's solution is unacceptable.... you could make it as a unit by default, face it whatever direction you want in the Editor, and then Chaos/Reverse-Bear-Form morph it into a building version of itself on map init.

You could also alter the model to make the whole thing a faceable bone.
