[Trigger] How to change player alliances before units attacking each other?

Hi,
another very simple question. In my map, I have players who should ally Neutral Hostile. I cannot configure that in the map's player settings, so I use triggers to change the alliances. Even when I change the alliances during the map initialization or of course after 0 seconds have passed, units next to each other are still attacking (from the initial attack order).
How can I prevent that and change the alliances in a way, they won't attack initially? I do not want to order all of them to stop once which would waste performance.
