How to change creep colour?

I want to know is it possible to make zerg creep be not moving and be green(grass) colour.

Uh, It is possible... You just gotta get the creep texture, make it green, re-import it and I thinks that how you do it.

You can customize creep in every way in the data editor.
Go to "Terrain Texture Sets" data viewer and choose the set that your map uses. There are many complex fields to customize creep in almost every aspect.
