You can:
1. Write your own functions to the custom script area (found in the root node of the trigger editor).
2. Convert a trigger into custom text (found in Edit Menu) and write the trigger in JASS.
3. Add Custom Script trigger action, and write an action in a trigger in JASS.
4. Write an AI script in JASS.
