How to alpha in Photoshop Elements?

How do I do it? Everyone is telling me to go to Channels, but I can't find it, this is what my Photoshop looks like:

I do not think WE supports alphas, try checking jass shop pro for a function that will help you. . .

WRONG SECTION buddy, this is for help with World Editor (or third party editors) and not skinning (that what the skinning fourm is for), this section is also NOT for triggers since that is what the trigger section is for.

i use photoshop 7.0, so i dont know if this works for you. i beleve you just could dobbleclick on the layer so it's name becomes layer 0 and then use the regular earser tool. atleast thats what i do^^
