How to adjust hero level cap?

It always turns up lvl10 as the max. how do i make it 25 or 50?

Gameplay constants > hero maximum lvl. i think.

Yeah, that's right, gameplay constants, hero - maximum level. Set it to your liking.

it's not trigger. it's a menu i think. just open advanced -> gameplay constant. check the use custom gameplay constant, then search for hero maximum level.
