[General] How to add SD Version to a model

Hello, say for example I have a WC3 reforged custom model and I have also made an SD model version of it. And I want it so that when someone plays SD version of the map/campaign the SD model will display. How to make it so?

Never really looked into it, but you can import two files under the same path if you change the mode to SD/HD, I assume the game would do the rest?
