How many leaks mater

Depends on how much of a perfectionist you are.
Really 1 leak at the beginning of the game isn't going to affect the game - leaks are the most dangerous when they're on triggers that run multiple times, like spells or periodic, or you have a trigger that could generate numerous leaks in 1 run, like a loop with very high numbers (like looping 1 to something in the hundreds)

Various object leaks in your map has several memory consumptions. The location(point) leak will not consume of more than 1kB of RAM, same as group(unit group) and force(player group). The greatest consumer of memory is the effect(special effect) leak which consumes 3~11kB.

Minor leaks should be also cleaned before they become dominant in your map and cause fatalities.

I haven't told "I cannot remove leaks" but I have asked how much does it matter.
