How long uploads

I've been trying to upload 8.1 meg Campaign file (7maps) onto wc3sear but it seems to be taking forever, I let it go for like 2 hours at one time and had no luck in getting it through with a T1 connection.

How long should it be taking? Its not protected, any ideas on what I should look for to fix this?

I tried to upload something that was 9 megs or so, it seems to timeout. Most likely there is a upload max
