How do you use skins?

This might be a total newb question but how do use a skin? I can download them but I'm not sure how to use them. I also looked in the tutorial section and found nothing to help me..

It's quite easy. You just import the blp file with the import manager and change the path (standart war3imported/skinName) to the path the model needs. (this path is normally written in the readme included in the rar file).

Then you have to restart we to see the changing.
