how do you open a campaign map with everything on it

when I open one it only shows me the costum units and stuff and not the uploads, is there anyway to open it so it can show the uploads too?

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. If you want to import things into your campaign and have them available on all the maps in a campaign then you need to use the campaign editor's 'Imported Files' tab.

If you use the regular import manager then those imports will only be available for the particular map they have been imported into.

To open a campaign map from any campaign you find :

- Open World Editor, open Campaign Editor.
- In the first tap, in the right side, there is a list , click '+' symbol and every map in every chapter of the campaign will appear.
- Right-Click and export the map you want.
- Now there are two solutions to fetch everything you want from that map :
#1 - Open it by regular Editor.
#2 - Use MPQ Editor, open the map , and everything will appear ( uploads too ).

If you didn't see the uploads you want, just go to Campaign Import Editor as @Veritas said.
