[General] How do you make the elevator?

In some map I saw platforms that can fall and raise like elevator and you can walk on it if it's on your level, how do they do it?

They place an elevator and trigger the movement.

What do I put between level 1 and level 2 to be able to step on the elevator?

when the elevator goes to level 2 my unit can't reach him.

Isn't that the point with an elevator. That is raises to a level where the unit would not normally be able to reach?
Who is "him"?

Move the elevator closer to the edge. It has to overlap a bit.

The upper elevator you see at the screenchot is the closest, can't drag him more.

I see I can . but the elvator is overlapped with the terrain, I expected it to be like a flat terrain

Hey man, so I dragged them and then I found out ingame that even if if change their level i can step on them :O

Yeah. I guess they are only meant to be used to be able to cross water.
Like the elevator is created with a trigger when it needs to be raised, and then the height of it is set.
I haven't used elevators that much.
