[General] How do you make 'good movement animation' of units?

So it is tiring to estimate values of this:

And then TESTING it. Then the unit moves inappropriate to its animation speed, sometimes slow and sometime, then cycle repeats. To save some time and effort, to hasten the release of a project or map, how do you do the correct maths for the anims and movements of the units?

Does it have parameters? Or desired percentage (E.g., if base move speed is 180, then walk/runspeed is 200), some trick like that? Or even table of values desired for each other?

Please help me with this. Thank you ^^
