How do i modify a single tile

Can someone tell me how to get a single tile modified like an unbuildable tile to a buildable tile cause i need to build but i need cool ground i dont want grass as sidewalk in my city. Plz comment and tell me. Thanks.

You can use Jass New Gen Pack. There is a menu called "UMSWE"; scroll to "Customize Tile Pathability"; select your tile and tick the "Buildable".
