How do i make these raised cliffs?

Hey, i was wondering how you make those straight raised cliffs? i have an example from everwood. Thanks

that looks like raised terrain, are you sure it's a cliff? and if not then straight cliffs are just gotten from switching skins from any jagged type cliff to a cement one like dalaran, theres a tutorial on it i think, look around importing tilesets.

i believe theres an addon for the WE to do that, raise terrain higher, but im not sure of the name.
