how do i make custom score screen icons?

hey... i'm experienced in making icons for spells and units, but now we're making a map that has a scoreboard... and i wanted to know if anyone knew how to make those small icons that go on the scoreboard

They are resized in-game, aren't they? I think they are. Just import normal icons.
