How do i make ability that doesnt cause hero to stop?

I mean when you order unit to move to some point, then you cast the ability and the hero will still go to that point you ordered.

You can only base the skill of another one, like 'Berserk' or 'Channel'.
And the skill has to be a self-cast — not targeting an enemy.

You need to use a non-interrupting spell as dummy ability. There are some, but the only one I can think off right now (WE not open) is defend or most toggleable abilities.
