How do I begin drawing UI's ?

Dimensions for 67chrome's template are incorrect. What I do is get all the UI parts (1 - 4) of any race, but them together, and then start work.

you actually need to be good at skinning to be able to do a UI and just work off of the UI out of the war3 files. just extract all of the UI parts from it.
