How do I access the teen mode/Chinese censorship models?

Teen mode sucks mostly but I find some of the models quite interesting alternatives e.g: the zombie frost wyrm.
Where are the teen mode models located can I extract and edit them in Retera's s Model Studio or other tools?

CascView lets you view and extract files from Blizzard's games, whether you have them installed locally or not.

Other tools like RMS and HiveWE also give you extraction capabilities by using CascView.

If you look at the CASC contents, all the teen stuff is under _teen.w3mod for SD and _hd.w3mod/_teen.w3mod for HD.

I think you can try register and login with a Chinese battle net account and change your location setting I don't know for sure.
Or extract the teen mode models with Retera Studio and put them in your custom map.
