Short answer: You don't.

Longer answer: You cannot access rejected files as some might be copyrighted material, generally against the rules or just out of place. Hive does not want to spread stuff like that.
You are able to access your own rejected files in case you want to improve on your work, remove potential violations and want your work to be evaluated again.

Go to the respective section and select "Rejected" at the Quick Links area (right side of the screen in a laptop)

It's substandard and deleted. I think you might have deleted it after it received it's substandard fate.

You can access deleted files if you ask the owner of the models or files to send files to you and that will be shadowy transaction. Tried to talk to model bandits but few of them share their models but you can try asking the maker directly from discord, facebook, or anyway you want.

Some deleted files also exist in backwater and unmanaged sites out there in the globe. Expect that the files are either not legal, buggy, or even garbage.
