How can you disable a ps3 without breaking it?

My friend's sister has no job, and all she hack xbox 360 does is play on her ps3 for about 10-12 hours a day. She won't job hunt and is stuck in a rut PS Jailbreak but she won't listen to us. If anyone can help us disable the ps3 without breaking it so she wifly-city can't play it, and get off her *** that would be awesome.
