Is there anyway to shrink the shadow of an item?

Also does anyone know which shadow texture does the item use?

Oh... I thought this'd be possible too. Well, just discovered that it wasn't! i've looked all the plausible places, and some inplausible too, but it doesn't seem to be legal to change the shadow. Well. I've never really thought about it. BUT! now, when i do, i see that it actually have a practic use. It defines what's items nicely. Many doodads don't have shadows, it'll help telling them apart.
