How can i make a spell cast another spell and fires more of it?

You would have to use a trigger for it......you make a spell that doesn't do anything, and you make a trigger that's like, if a unit casts the spell that doesnt do anything (targeted magic) the real spell is triggered (frost scythe)

I hope that helps....I'm not too clear on it myself, though.........
