How can I get water to reflect units?

You will need to be playing at a very high graphic setting (preferably maxed) inorder to see unit reflections in water.

You can then adjust the reflectivity using the usual water editor that comes with the terrain editor.

Be aware that huge square chunks of water are prone to visual anomolies on some graphic cards (the reflection becomes messed up).

If the perplexity is at the Water Editor DSG spoke of, that Water Editor, as well as the Lightning Editor, are basically modules/tabs of the Data Editor relative to that specific element (water, lightning). When you edit Lightning you're actually editing Texture Tilesets Data or whatever it is, but in an apparently simpler "editor". It's the Data Editor, it's just disguised.
...I think.
