[Import] How can i get custom lightning effect

In game there are a few lighing effect (chainlightning, mana burn or else)

if you know where should i get a new effect or how can i make my own

(i try to search in "Spell" or "Model" but i did't found any of them)

Lightnings are skins afaik. Search in hte skins sections, and you'll find some ^^

Also, you can try do it by yourself (search the skinning tutorials)
