how can i fix the load game problem in forces of corruption

in star wars empire at war and its expansion forces of corruption, saved games vanish from the load game list during multiplayer, after i have played the game a lot of times. i tried to reinstall on both pcs and it didnt help at all. i posted on the developer`s forums but there isnt a lot of people there. therefore i came here to ask for help.
