How i can add map to my resources hier ?

Go to the respective resource section -> "Submissions" -> "Add Submission". Look at attached images.

its test map and i want just faster dowloand for my test guy

Go to your "Pastebin" (in same bar, where to find Maps/Resources in the screenshot) and there you can upload the map.
Then you just can share the link to your pastebin entry to your friend.

Or you also often can directly click on "Upload a File" next to your "Post Reply" button, to directly attach a file to a post.

No need to uploads maps in the resource section for such test cases.

hmm ok maybe you know Code Gen and you know how add limit lvl to loaded hero ? because when i load hero hero level limit is deleted

Code Gen Work good but when max lvl hero is select for 4 Code gen when dowload hero deleted that

I don't know what you mean. Post your code what you try to to in code gen thread or post your code here and explain your issue.
