This! Please. The fire pit disappears, too, so it doubly doesn't make sense to center it on that.

Just use the custom model, as a doodad model. Only needed to modify certain properties in object editor/custom data.

Just change the unit editor field
Art - Required Animation Names to: upgrade, first (or second or third, etc.).
Note that 'upgrade' and 'first' are two separate strings. If you are still confused just look at the fields of one of the standard multi-tiered Town Halls.
