Spell Channel needs adjustments for sure. If I remember correctly, it's actually a mounting animation and it is supposed to be played without a hammer. In HotS, Cho hides the hammer somewhere for mounting, even if hammer ult is picked.
Just tested works fine. Model file and textures should be in the root folder of your map's folder. As in the folder entitled YourMapNameHere.w3x. If you are using the import GUI instead of saving your map as a folder I cannot help you. All maps should be saved as folders and not singular files.

The hammer is hidden during the animation Stand Channel so this issue is fixed. Looks like I fixed it back when you reported it in February. Thank you.
