Hosting problem and Arranged team ( please help if u can )

The first problem is about hosting:
Me or my friend host a map but I can't join his map or he can't join mine ... and our firewalls are ok if you say... also, all others on bnet cannot join... can u help me with this problem?

The second problem is about arranged team
Me and my friend (again ) try inviting each other on a team so we can play wcIII as a team but noone of us can make the team... we get an error message about our firewalls but we have them tuned off both...

If u can help in the above problems please help...

i know the probleme

the probleme is simple

if you cant join is game and he cant join yours...
something is wrong with your both port#

ur number is not setted propretly and ur friend 2
becose if u can join games from other players exepte ur friend..ur friend as to changed 2

its not a coincidence
