I cant host on my new computer, while i could on my own computer (that goes into the same router). I have frequently found steps on this website (port forward)
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Apple/AirPortExtreme/Warcraft_III.htm

However im not quite sure how to translate all this into VISTA speak. Can anyone tell me the directions here (you dont need to make screen shots), if it were to be on a VISTA computer?

I would love to be able to host again!

Well there are quite some things that can prevent you from not being able to host.

Like;

- Virus scanner firewall
- Windows firewall
- Router settings

You log into your router by going to start, pressing ''run'' then type in the command ''ipconfig'' the IP adress saying ''standard gateway'' write it down in notepad or something or just go straight away to an internet browser and type it in with http:// in front of it.

If i'm right you would get a login screen from your router, get the account name and password and add the ports 6115-6119 (Something like that right?) to the TCP/IP settings.

Google abit if you don't understand this, googling your router model could help alot because every router interface is different and it's hard to explain this because of that.
