Unique Hosting Problem

I have done the hole hosting fixing run around before a couple years back on my old computer. But i have a new one. It's OS is Vista 64 (grrr i know). Lucky for me, my router is an Apple AirPortExtreme. So when going onto portforward.com it gives me all mac menu's for the step by step process in hosting. So can anyone help me here, or direct me to a good reliable site where such a problem could be addressed and fixed? I would prefer not to use bot hosting programs.

Usually your router has a web-interface.

Yeah, type ipconfig /all in the command prompt and go to the default gateway's address in your browser.
