Hostile Resources?

I don't know if I managed to hit some ridiculous hotkey, or if I happened to change something without realizing it,
but I'm in the final stages of making a 2v2 map, and for some reason all of the resources are all hostile,
[Can't mine them or construct appropriate gathering facility] and I can't seem to get around it.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I have them all listed as Player 0 [Neutral].

If anyone has any ideas, or know what I did wrong, I'd love to hear your replies.

Try the other neutral player, that might be neutral hostile.

Also make sure you somehow have a trigger that makes you unally neutral.
