High-res (Need alot of help)

I need some help to do the following:

- Animation
- High-res modeling
- UV mapers
- Skinners
- Many many people to make images of the animations

What you need:

- 3D Studio Max 6 or 7 (preferablely 7)
- Artistic skills
- A decent computer.
