Yes, a high resolution (1024x1024 in pixel dimensions) custom face texture for the Arthas model by Blizzard.
I know that photorealistic textures obviously are not appropriate for wc3 models and that high resolution (like this example) is pointless.
But I decided to do a little experiment nonetheless.
Please see things in their right context, "photorealistic" isn't meant to relate to this texture but merely as a general clarification. I misrepresented it to begin with.
