Hiding the level of an ability

I'm wondering if there is a way to make it so that multi-leveled abilities don't display their level in the tooltip. It seems like a simple enough problem and I'm hoping that I'm just missing something obvious, but I've spent a while on this and am genuinely stuck.

Edit: I could actually solve the same problem by making two abilities with a shared cooldown, so if anyone knows how to do that, it would work just as well.
