[Trigger] Hidden Trigger Problem!

I make the map a long ago where I made "Cloak of Frost". Now after removing all triggers connected with it I can't get normal Cloak of Flames. I attach the map. Just open and pick cloak. After go to object editor and triggers. There is nothing that can make it such a strange... Help PLS!
