I'd suggest to turn off ALL addons if you have any, I used to get the same bug when I used Firefox.

It's to do with the
JASS:
tags, I think. It happens on every computer I've ever looked at [code=jass] tags from.

Basically, whenever you scroll down, the very edge of the top of the bottom window border is left on the [code=jass] tags, and thus the frequency is relative to the intervals in which you scroll down.

Such bugs will probably always occur with browsers until a standardised universal browser is used so you have only really 3 options to fix it currently.

1. Wait till an update comes to Fire Fox which fixes such bugs and also make sure you are using the lattest version as it may have been fixed already.
2. Ask the creators of that feature (the Vbuiltin team? (I think)) to reprogram it to not bug in Fire Fox.
3. Switch over to another internet browser like Opera or Internet Explorer where that bug may not occur.

That bug however should hopefully not hinder your ability to use these forums or this site or even any other sites as I believe it is purly graphical. Thus going with option 1 would probably be the best cure as it is of no real urgant need to be fixed.
