Hi, I need some trigger help please

I can do all the work, i just need to know how to do the triggers or one thing then i can figure it out from there, id like to send someone my map im working on and see if they can work on a couple things i just got my base ideas goin now and am averagely skilled with the trigger editor, just not good with variables, but learn very fast, Please pm me if youd like to help, thx alot.
