Map Info:

Based on the original Hero Wars series. This map is not protected. It is optimized with triggers/units removed from the world editor.

This specific map has been in the work since late 2007. Several tests have been made since 5 years ago. This doesn't mean it is balanced but it is very close to the finished project. However the game play is designed for extreme action!

This version of Hero Wars combines many features from other Hero Wars maps to the game play. (more information in features)



Features:
Hero Wars 2 has three game types, Full Game, Modified Game and Advanced. These are selected by Player Blue.

  • Full Game: Everything is available and upgrades are all set to 0.
  • Modified Game: Disable/Enable Gladiator, Bonusduel. Increase/Decrease Bank Income.
  • Advanced Game: All upgrades are maxed and all heroes levels are increased to 100.(The maximum level is 1000)


The features that come with choosing your hero are selecting your own abilities or choosing a random ability for your selected hero.

  • The Ultimate ability has a max of 10 levels, in most Hero Wars abilities do not do huge amounts of damage, these do.
  • The Standard ability has a max of 25 levels, each upgraded level is almost double the amount of the previous
  • While choosing your ability you can random your ability from the shop to gain an extra +100 gold

-You now need to have control of the lumberbase control point to gain access to the forcefield generator
-Removed introduction
-Light tanks now spawn at level 2
-Fixed collision and select size for light and heavy tanks
-fixed a problem with the fight/peace voting dialog for 1v1 duels
-Fixed spacing and colour for reinforcements dialog

    I had some small but yet huge issues that I want to explain more deeply but before I start briefing I want to explain the loading screen you just made:

    so about this:

    what were you thinking in making that layout? I almost died laughing on the img that I just couldn't help it but use it now as my desktop background, no offense man

    but seriously that's not a good way of making a loading screen, make a loading screen that will surely thrill the players waiting to play it, not like this, you shouldn't have just look for a more decent angel vs demon army like paintings or some deviantart related pics that is more sooth-looking instead of a window showing jesus and satan arm-wrestling in front of your house while the world is crumbling

    and I as I said earlier, about the game I couldn't start it, even though player blue(which is me) needs to be in place to choose game mode, but there's nothing there, could you please fix this trigger problem then, but if you do please vm me when I can recheck it once again, I'm pulling this out to prevent confusion from other users. Good luck

    Alright true, i'll have another look. Haters will be hating :goblin_cry:.

    True, i had this problem while testing the game in offline mode. But when in online mode this problem didn't exist. Although i remember fixing this, it was spose to skip the menu. I guess it didn't, I'll have a look on this also.

    Edit: btw if you really liked that loadingscreen so much, i'll give you the actuall image so it fits nicely on your desktop wall-paper :p
