Heroes Making help

I´m making a small but fun map of AoS.
I need help to finish making enough heroes a possible for this game.
Each Hero need to have three abilities with four levels each and a three level ultimate.

EXAMPLE

Name: Kael *Blood Mage*
Description:A magical hero, adept sending fire blasts to the enemy.
Ability:
Fire Blast*Breath of Fire*: A blast of Fire that burns the enemy for a few seconds.
Level 1 - 100 damage 22dmg/sec. 100 mana
Level 2 - 150 damage 24dmg/sec. 120 mana
Level 3 - 200 damage 26mdg/sec. 140 mana
bla bla bla.

making heros is easy enough i'll help you so r u gonna send me the map or do i just make a new map and start making heros? (i've never helped any one with a map before)
